White Chip Chocolate Cookies


  • 2 cups Our Family® All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Our Family® Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Our Family® Salt
  • 2 cups Our Family® White Sugar
  • 1 cup Our Family® Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 Our Family® Eggs
  • 2 tsp Our Family® Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ⅔ cups Our Family® White Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then fold in white chocolate chips. Drop by spoons full onto ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
