Warmly Spiced Crispy Chickpeas


  • 2, 15 oz cans Our Family® Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Garam Masala

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, spread chickpeas out on a few layers of paper towels or a clean kitchen towel and gently pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, add dried chickpeas, oil, and salt, and toss to coat.
  3. Spread chickpeas out on a large, rimmed baking sheet, making sure they’re in one even layer. Bake for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes, until they’re crispy.
  4. Sprinkle the warm chickpeas with the Garam Masala and toss to coat. Serve warm.
