Warmly Spiced Crispy Chickpeas

Craving something savory and full of flavor? These warmly spiced chickpeas are the perfect snack to satisfy your taste buds. With aromatic Garam Masala seasoning from Finest Reserve adds a delicious warmth and depth to this crispy snack! These are perfect to top on a salad or enjoy on their own.

Ingredients

  • 2, 15 oz cans Our Family® Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. Our Family® Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Garam Masala

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, spread chickpeas out on a few layers of paper towels or a clean kitchen towel and gently pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, add dried chickpeas, oil, and salt, and toss to coat.
  3. Spread chickpeas out on a large, rimmed baking sheet, making sure they’re in one even layer. Bake for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes, until they’re crispy.
  4. Sprinkle the warm chickpeas with the Garam Masala and toss to coat. Serve warm.
