Our Family Lasagna


  • 1 package Our Family® No-Boil Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 lb. Our Family® Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium Our Family® Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar Our Family® Traditional Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, packed
  • ¾ tsp Our Family® Salt
  • ¼ tsp Our Family® Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Our Family® Large Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 15 oz. carton Our Family® Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 cups Our Family® Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup Our Family® Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Cook Our Family Italian Sausage, ground beef and onion 8-10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking up meat into crumbles. Add garlic, then cook mixture another minute, drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix Our Family Pasta Sauce, cooked meat and water.
  3. In a small bowl, mix egg, Our Family Ricotta Cheese, basil and Our Family Salt and Pepper.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°. Spread two cups meat sauce into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer with three Our Family No-Boil Lasagna Noodles and a third of the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with one cup Our Family Whole Milk mozzarella cheese and two tablespoons Our Family Parmesan Cheese. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce and cheeses.
  5. Bake, covered, 25 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
