Truffled Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup Our Family® Plain Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Our Family® Yellow Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Our Family® Egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup Our Family® Milk
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Finest Reserve by Our Family® Truffle Salt
  • ½ tsp Finest Reserve by Our Family® Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Finest Reserve by Our Family® Garlic Powder

For the glaze:

  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Light Brown Sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 cup Our Family® Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Our Family® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Finest Reserve by Our Family® Truffle Salt

Directions

  1. For the meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350°F. Then, combine all the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
  2. Add mixture to a 9×5 inch loaf pan and press evenly into pan.
  3. For the glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix evenly to combine. Pour over the top of the meatloaf.
  4. Bake glazed meatloaf for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  5. Let meatloaf rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
