Pumpkin Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15.5 ounces each) Our Family® Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Our Family® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 5 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Our Family® Salt
  • ¾ cup Our Family® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In food processor, purée beans, pumpkin, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, turmeric and salt; with processor running, slowly pour oil through feed tube and purée until smooth. Makes about 5 cups hummus.
  2. Serve hummus garnished with parsley, if desired.
