Italian Pesto Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh & Finest French Bread Loaf
  • Our Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil (enough to brush onto crostini)
  • 1 container of Our Family Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 jar of Finest Reserve Classic Italian Basil Pesto
  • 1 bottle of Finest Reserve Blush Wine Vinaigrette
  • 1-2 containers Our Family Grape Tomatoes (quartered)
  • Our Family aluminum foil
  • Finest Reserve Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (optional)

Directions

Crostini
  1. Cut 1 Fresh & Finest French Bread Loaf into about ¾” thick slices
  2. Brush lightly with Our Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and toast in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown
Bruschetta Mixture:
  1. Quarter grape tomatoes and lightly dress them in blush wine vinaigrette

 

Build:

  1. Spread each crostini with Our Family Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (to taste).
  2. Gently spread Finest Reserve Italian Basil Pesto, over the top of the ricotta (to taste).
  3. Place the quartered grape tomatoes on top of the Classic Pesto
  4. Optional: top with a sprinkle of Finest Reserve Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
