Honey-Glazed Roasted Carrots with Pistachios


  • Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Our Family® Pure Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Coarse Kosher Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 – 16 oz bags Our Family® Whole Carrots, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted, salted and shelled pistachios
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°; line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. In large bowl, whisk honey, oil, salt and pepper; add carrots and toss. Spread carrot mixture in single layer on prepared pan; roast 25 minutes or until tender, stirring once halfway through roasting. Makes about 24 carrot halves.
  2. Serve carrot halves sprinkled with pistachios garnished with parsley, if desired.
