Holiday Charcuterie Skewer Wreath

Try this Holiday Charcuterie Skewer Wreath is a delicious and festive way to get creative with your party snacks! This appetizer is so easy to make and is a great addition for your grazing table to impress your guests and keep them satisfied!

Ingredients

  • 36 (1-inch) pieces torn basil leaves
  • 36 drained Our Family® Medium Pitted Olives
  • 36 drained mozzarella pearls
  • 36 medium drained pitted green olives
  • 36 Our Family® Grape Tomatoes
  • 9 slices salami, quartered
  • 36 (4-inch) wooden skewers
  • 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Alternately thread basil, black olives, mozzarella, green olives, tomatoes and salami onto skewers. Makes 36 skewers.
  2. On 11-inch round platter, arrange 18 skewers into a ring to create a “wreath” shape; top with remaining 18 skewers to create a second layer. In small bowl, whisk vinegar and oil; drizzle over “wreath.”
  3. Serve “wreath” garnished with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
