Fresh rosemary sprigs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces for garnish (optional)

Alternately thread basil, black olives, mozzarella, green olives, tomatoes and salami onto skewers. Makes 36 skewers.
On 11-inch round platter, arrange 18 skewers into a ring to create a “wreath” shape; top with remaining 18 skewers to create a second layer. In small bowl, whisk vinegar and oil; drizzle over “wreath.”
Serve “wreath” garnished with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
