Hibiscus Paloma Mocktails

Ingredients

  • 4 hibiscus tea bags
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Granulated Sugar
  • Ice
  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Our Family® Coarse Kosher Sea Salt
  • 5 lime wheels
  • 1/2 cup Our Family® Club Soda

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, heat 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Place tea bags and sugar in heatproof pitcher; add boiling water and steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Add 1 cup ice, grapefruit juice and lime juice; refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. Makes about 4 cups.
  2. Spread salt on plate. Run 1 lime wheel around rims of 4 (12-ounce) highball glasses to dampen; dip rims of glasses into salt to coat and add ice.
  3. Pour tea mixture into prepared glasses; top with club soda and garnish with remaining lime wheels.
