Ingredients

  • 2 boneless top sirloin steaks (about 10 ounces each)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family® 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp plus 1/4 teaspoon ground Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Black Peppercorn Grinder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp sliced fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp Our Family® Coarse Kosher Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Place steaks on rimmed baking pan. In small bowl, whisk garlic, oil and 1 1/2 tablespoons pepper; rub over both sides of steaks and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, cheese, yogurt, chives and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper; cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with salt. Place steaks on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135° for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer steaks to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing.)
  4. Slice steaks against the grain; serve with sauce for dipping.
