Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Our Family® Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Our Family® Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Our Family® Brown Sugar
  • 2 Our Family® Eggs
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Our Family® All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Salt
  • ⅓ cup Our Family® Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 cups Our Family® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Sift in the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Roll tablespoonfuls of cookie dough into balls and place them 1” apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
