Cornbread Casserole


  • 1⁄3 cup Our Family® Butter
  • 1 cup Our Family® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
  • 14 oz. can Our Family® Cream Style Sweet Corn
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Our Family® Salt
  • 2 Tbsp jalapeno, small diced
  • 3 Our Family® Eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup Our Family® Sour Cream
  • 1 box Our Family® Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 cups Our Family® Swiss Cheese, shredded and divided



  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, add Our Family Corn, creamed corn, garlic, onion, jalapeno, eggs, Our Family Sour Cream, half of the Our Family Swiss Cheese, salt and Our Family Corn Muffin Mix, mix thoroughly and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm. Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 to 10 more minutes or until melted.
