In medium bowl, stir yogurt, cucumber, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin and salt; cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 375° for 5 minutes. In large bowl, whisk oil and garam masala; add salmon and toss. In 2 batches, air fry salmon 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Makes about 32 salmon bites.
Serve salmon bites with yogurt mixture for dipping.
