Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Ingredients

  • Our Family® Vegetable Oil No Stick Cooking spray
  • 3 slices Our Family® Thick Cut Premium Bacon, chopped
  • ½ (8-ounce) package Our Family® Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken meat
  • 1 ½ cups Our Family® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family® Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 package (12 rolls) favorite Hawaiian rolls, split lengthwise
  • Chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In large bowl, stir cream cheese, onions, chicken, Cheddar cheese, seasoning and bacon. Makes about 2 cups.
  4. Place bottom rolls, cut side up, in prepared dish; top with cheese mixture and top rolls, cut side down. Brush tops of rolls with butter; cover dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake sliders 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts; remove foil and bake 5 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
  6. Serve sliders sprinkled with chives, if desired. Makes 12 sliders.
