White Chocolate, Cranberry & Orange Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 Our Family® Cage Free Grade A Large White Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Our Family® Reduced Fat Milk
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp Our Family® Double-Acting Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Our Family® Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Our Family® White Chocolate Morsels
  • 3/4 cup Our Family® Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, granulated sugar, butter, orange zest and baking powder; fold in oats, cranberries and chocolate morsels. Spread oat mixture in prepared dish; bake 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°. Cool oatmeal 5 minutes.

3. In small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and fresh orange juice; drizzle over oatmeal. Cut oatmeal into 6 pieces.
