4 sesame seed buns
½ cup Our Family® Creamy Peanut Butter
8 (⅛-inch-thick) slices vine-ripened tomatoes
4 (⅛-inch-thick) slices red onion
1 small avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
Directions
In medium bowl, toss coleslaw mix and dressing; cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup.
In large bowl, gently mix chicken, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper; do not overmix. Form chicken mixture into 4 (½-inch-thick) patties; spray both sides with cooking spray. Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until toasted.
Spread cut sides of buns with peanut butter; serve burgers in buns topped with coleslaw mixture, tomatoes, red onion and avocado. Makes 4 burgers.
