  • ½ teaspoon Our Family® Kosher Salt
  • ¾ cup Our Family® Brown Sugar

  • ¼ cup Our Family® Granulated Sugar

  • 2 teaspoons Our Family® Vanilla Extract
  • 2 (1.52-ounce) Our Family® Milk Chocolate Bars, broken into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 whole graham cracker sheets, broken into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Our Family® Mini Marshmallows

Directions

  1. Adjust 2 oven racks to upper and lower positions; preheat oven to 350°. Line 2 rimmed baking pans with parchment paper. In large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, corn starch and salt.
  2. In separate large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar 1 minute; scrape bowl with rubber spatula. Increase speed to medium-high; beat 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to medium. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat 1 minute, scraping down bowl occasionally. Reduce speed to low; gradually add flour mixture and beat until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate bar pieces, graham cracker pieces and marshmallows. Makes about 4 cups dough.
  3. Using 2 small spoons or cookie scoop, drop 2 tablespoons dough, 2 inches apart, on prepared pans; refrigerate 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  4. Bake cookies 12 minutes or until set and bottoms are golden brown, rotating pans between upper and lower racks once halfway through baking. Cool cookies on pans 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Makes 32 cookies.
