1/4 cup Our Family® 100% Pure Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup Our Family® Maple Syrup, room temperature
1/4 cup chopped Our Family® Sweetened Dried Cherries
1/4 cup chopped roasted salted pistachios
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
Line 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil so that foil extends about 2 inches over sides of dish; spray with cooking spray
In food processor, pulse dates, pecans and walnuts on high until fine crumbs form. Add peanut butter and 1/4 cup cocoa; pulse until mixture comes together. Firmly press date mixture into prepared dish.
In small bowl, whisk oil, syrup and remaining 1/4 cup cocoa until smooth. Pour oil mixture over date mixture; sprinkle with cherries, pistachios and sesame seeds. Refrigerate brownie 1 hour.
Using overhanging sides of foil, transfer brownie to cutting board; remove foil and cut into 16 square brownies. Refrigerate brownies in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
