No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Our Family® Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Our Family® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Our Family® Vanilla Extract
  • Optional Stir-Ins:
    • Crushed Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites
    • Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Salted Caramel Dessert Sauce
    • Our Family® Classic Chocolate Syrup
    • Crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
    • Mini peanut butter cups
    • Our Family® Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Morsels
    • Our Family® Mini Marshmallows
    • Our Family® Original Graham Cracker Crumbs

Directions

  1. In large bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form; fold in milk and vanilla extract. Spread cream mixture in 2-quart dish; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Makes about 4 cups ice cream.
  2. Remove ice cream from freezer; uncover and let stand 10 minutes or until slightly softened. Divide ice cream into 8 bowls; serve with optional stir-ins, if desired.
