2 Tbsp Our Family® All-Purpose Flour plus additional for dusting
2 (3-ounce) Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® 54% Cacao Himalayan Pink Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bars, finely chopped
1/2 cup Our Family® Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
3 Our Family® Grade A Large Eggs
1/3 cup Our Family® Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Our Family® Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1/8 tsp Our Family® Salt
Our Family® Powdered Sugar for garnish (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place 4 (6-ounce) ramekins on rimmed baking pan; spray with cooking spray and dust with flour. In medium saucepot, heat 1 to 2 inches of water to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low to maintain a simmer. Place chocolate in medium heat-safe bowl that fits just inside or slightly above saucepot (bottom of bowl should not touch water); place bowl in saucepot over simmering water. Add butter to bowl; heat 5 minutes or until chocolate and butter are melted, stirring frequently. Remove bowl from saucepot; cool to room temperature.
In separate medium bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat eggs and sugar 5 minutes or until pale and thickened, scraping down bowl occasionally. Add melted chocolate, flour, cocoa powder and salt; beat on medium-low speed 1 minute or until incorporated. Divide batter into prepared ramekins; bake on baking pan 10 to 13 minutes or until sides are set and centers jiggle slightly. Cool cakes 5 minutes. Makes 4 cakes.
Serve cakes dusted with powdered sugar, if desired.
