Cranberry-Pecan Bread Pudding

Warm up your holiday season with a unique twist on a classic dessert! In just four simple steps, this delicious bread pudding is sure to warm you up from the inside out.

Ingredients

  • Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
  • 8 large butter croissants, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup Our Family® Pecan Halves
  • 1/2 cup Our Family® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 6 Our Family® Large Eggs
  • 3 cups Our Family® Half & Half
  • 1/2 cup Our Family® Light Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Our Family® Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family® Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread croissants, pecans and cranberries in prepared dish.
  2. In large bowl, whisk eggs, half & half, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon; pour over croissant mixture and let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Bake bread pudding 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 10 cups.
  4. Serve bread pudding dusted with powdered sugar.
