1 cup Our Family® Finely Cut Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
1 cup diced rotisserie chicken
10 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
1 medium tomato, sliced
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
6 each Our Family® Grade-A Large Eggs
¾ cup Our Family® 2% Reduced Fat Milk
¾ cup Our Family® Real Mayonnaise
¼ tsp Our Family® Salt
⅛ tsp Our Family® Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sprinkle Our Family All-Purpose Flour onto rolling surface, roll dough to a ⅛
inch thick circle and transfer to a 9-inch pie plate. Trim crust to ½ inch beyond rim of plate and flute edge. Sprinkle ½ cup of Our Family Finely Cut Shredded Swiss Cheese into crust.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, spinach, onion and remaining cup of Our Family Finely Cut Shredded Swiss Cheese. Spoon into crust and place tomato slices on top of mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk Our Family Grade-A Large Eggs, Our Family 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Our Family Real Mayonnaise, Our Family Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting
