Ingredients

  • Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
  • 4 packages (4 ounces each) garlic & herbs goat cheese, softened
  • 1 cup drained julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes with olive oil and Italian herbs, 2 tablespoons oil reserved
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family® Italian Style Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Chopped fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°; spray 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir cheese and tomatoes; spread in prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese mixture with bread crumbs; drizzle with reserved oil. Bake dip 20 minutes or until heated through and top is golden brown. Makes about 3 cups.
  2. Serve dip sprinkled with basil, if desired.
