Ingredients
Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray
8 large butter croissants, cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup Our Family® Pecan Halves
1/2 cup Our Family® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
6 Our Family® Large Eggs
3 cups Our Family® Half & Half
1/2 cup Our Family® Light Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted
2 tsp Our Family® Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Our Family® Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Our Family® Powdered Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread croissants, pecans and cranberries in prepared dish.
In large bowl, whisk eggs, half & half, brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon; pour over croissant mixture and let stand 5 minutes.
Bake bread pudding 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 10 cups.
