Directions
Prepare meatballs as label directs; stir in sour cream and cover to keep warm. Makes about 16 meatballs.
Prepare riced cauliflower as label directs; transfer to medium bowl. Add oil, salt and pepper; mash with potato masher or back of fork. Makes about 3 cups cauliflower mash.
Prepare peas as label directs. Makes about 2 cups.
Divide cauliflower mash into 4 serving bowls; top with cranberry sauce, meatballs and peas. Garnish bowls with chives, if desired. Makes 4 bowls.
