Ingredients
4 Tbsp Our Family® Unsalted Butter, softened
1 Tbsp chopped fresh sage plus additional for garnish (optional)
Line 4- to 5-quart air fryer with aluminum foil; preheat to 400° for 5 minutes. In small bowl, stir butter, sage, salt and pepper; rub over turkey. Air fry turkey 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Transfer turkey to cutting board; tent with foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 165° upon standing.) Reserve drippings in air fryer basket.
In large bowl, stir stuffing mix, reserved drippings and 1 1/2 cups water; air fry 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Makes about 3 cups.
Cut turkey crosswise into 12 slices; serve over stuffing topped with cranberry sauce and/or gravy garnished with sage, if desired.
