Salted Caramel Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Sea Salt Milk Chocolate Caramels
  • 3 Tbsp Our Family® Salted Butter
  • 10 cups Our Family® Microwavable Butter Popcorn, popped
  • 1 cup Our Family® Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • Our Family® Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Meanwhile, melt caramels and butter in saucepan over low heat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add popcorn and peanuts to a large nonstick roaster pan. Pour melted caramels over the mixture and stir well to coat.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake for another 10 minutes. Stir.
  4. Pour mixture onto parchment or wax paper. Sprinkle as desired with Our Family Sea Salt.
  5. Cool and enjoy!
