Preheat oven to 425°F. Meanwhile, slice jalapenos in half and remove seeds and ribs.
Next, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, pimentos, and seasoning to a medium bowl and mix to combine.
When jalapenos are cool enough to handle, fill each half with about 1 tbsp of the cheese filling. After all halves are filled, wrap each jalapeno in a piece of crescent roll dough, placing them on a baking sheet seam side down.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until dough is cooked through and cheese filling is bubbly.
Let cool for about five minutes then sprinkle with more seasoning, if desired.
