Preheat oven to 400°F; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In small bowl, stir mustard and rosemary.
Spread cut sides of bottom halves of rolls with mustard mixture; top with ham, cheese, apple and top halves of rolls, cut side down; place on prepared pan and bake 7 minutes or until rolls are toasted and cheese is melted.
Remove top buns and drizzle with honey over apples; replace top buns. Makes 4 sandwiches.
