Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
1 ½ Tbsp Our Family® Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 ½cups shredded skinless leftover or cooked turkey
1/4 cup Our Family® dried cherries
1/4 cup Our Family® Chopped Walnuts
2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
4 large bakery croissants, halved horizontally
Directions
In medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; fold in turkey, cherries, walnuts and onion. Makes about 2 cups turkey salad.
Serve turkey salad in croissants. Makes 4 sandwiches.
