Dried Cherry-Walnut Turkey Salad Croissant

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Our Family® Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½cups shredded skinless leftover or cooked turkey
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 4 large bakery croissants, halved horizontally

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; fold in turkey, cherries, walnuts and onion. Makes about 2 cups turkey salad.
  2. Serve turkey salad in croissants. Makes 4 sandwiches.
