Crispy Rice Treats

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these delicious and soft yet crispy treats! Sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Our Family® Crispy Rice
  • 3 tablespoons Our Family® Butter plus extra for greasing pan
  • 10.5 oz bags Our Family® Mini Marshmallows

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan with extra butter. Meanwhile, melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until they’ve completely melted. Remove pot from heat.
  3. Stir in 6 cups of Crisy Rice cereal until well combined. Transfer to prepared pan and press flat.

Chef's Tip

Decrease the stickiness by putting your hand inside an Our Family® sandwich bag and swiping it in the butter tub before pressing down the sticky mixture into the pan!
