1 cup Our Family® 4% Milkfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/3 cup Our Family® Maple Syrup
1 tsp Our Family® Pure Vanilla Extract
2 bars (3 ounces each) Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
Directions
1. In food processor, pulse oats until small crumbs remain; transfer to medium bowl.
2. In food processor, purée cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract; transfer to bowl with oats and stir to combine. Fold in chocolate pieces; cover and refrigerate dough at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Makes about 3 cups.
