Banana-Oat Breakfast Cookies

Don’t forget about breakfast! With only 5 simply ingredients, these Banana-Oat Breakfast Cookies are perfect to make ahead of a busy week to have a satisfying snack on hand!

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Dark Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/4 cup Our Family® Dried Sweetened Cranberries
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Ground Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, mash bananas with fork; fold in oats, morsels, cranberries and cinnamon. Makes about 1 1/2 packed cups dough.
  2. Using 2 small spoons, drop 1 1/2 tablespoons dough, 2 inches apart, onto prepared pan; bake 15 minutes or until edges are crisp. Cool cookies on pan 10 minutes; transfer to wire rack and cool completely. Makes 16 cookies.
