Harissa Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat pulled and shredded
  • 3/4 cup Our Family® Mayonnaise, more if desired
  • 1/3 cup Our Family® Roasted Cashews, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Our Family® Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp Finest Reserve by Our Family® Harissa Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Our Family® Salt
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, adding more mayonnaise if salad is too dry.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes, then serve with desired bread or crackers.
