Harissa Roasted Root Vegetables
Ingredients
1 small head of cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces
2 medium Our Family® Carrots, chopped into bite size pieces
2 medium parsnips, chopped into bite size pieces
2 medium beets, chopped into bite size pieces
3 Tbsp Our Family® Olive Oil
1 Tbsp
Finest Reserve

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss the vegetables with the oil and seasoning.
Spread vegetables onto a rimmed baking sheet, then roast for 20-30 minutes until tender and golden brown. Serve as a side to your favorite entrée.
