How to Prepare Your Pizza

In a Conventional Oven

On the Grill

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Remove the lid from the pizza container and bake pizza directly in the base of the container.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Internal temperature must reach 165°F before removing from the oven.
  • Let pizza rest slightly before serving.

Chef’s Tip: For a crispier crust, bake pizza on a sheet pan or directly on a pizza stone.

On the Grill

  • Preheat your grill to 300-350°F (on medium flame).
  • Carefully transfer the pizza from packaging directly onto the grilling surface.
  • Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes
  • Rotate pizza halfway through.
  • Internal temperature must reach 165°F before removing from the grill.
  • Let pizza rest slightly before serving.
