Directions
Prepare rigatoni as label directs; drain. Transfer rigatoni to large bowl; add oil and toss. Refrigerate rigatoni 30 minutes or until cool.
In small bowl, stir mayonnaise, cilantro and lime juice; add to rigatoni and toss. Fold in lettuce, beef, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Makes about 2 cups salad.
