Chek Old Style Premium Draft Root Beer (2 cups), vanilla ice cream (2–3 scoops), caramel drizzle (optional)
Add ice cream to a cold glass. Pour Chek Root Beer slowly down the inside of the glass to manage the foam. Drizzle caramel over the top if desired. Serve with a spoon and a straw.
For an extra-creamy float, use ice cream straight from the freezer — slightly harder scoops melt more slowly.
