Sun-Dried Tomato, Feta and Rosemary Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) Our Family® Great Northern Beans, undrained
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (about 1 cup)
  • 1 container (6 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Black Peppercorn

Directions

  1. In food processor, purée beans with their juice, tomatoes with oil, cheese, rosemary, lemon juice and pepper until smooth, scraping down bowl occasionally. Makes about 3 cups dip.

Chef's Tip

Serve dip garnished with crushed red pepper flakes along with  carrot sticks, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, crackers and/or pita wedges.
