Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large Our Family® Eggs hard boiled
  • 2 ½ Tbsp Our Family® mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Our Family® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Our Family® Salt and Pepper (salt and pepper to taste)
  • Our Family® Paprika (for garnish)
  • Bell Peppers
  • Our Family® Black Olives

Directions

  1. Cut hard boiled eggs into halves, set egg whites aside and hard yokes all into one bowl.
  2. Mix together yokes, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon yoke mixtures into egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cut peppers and olives into small pieces to create a “devil” or “silly” face. Cut peppers into triangles to use for horns. Cut olives for facial expressions of eyes, mouth and nose.
